I have worked in healthcare as an occupational therapist and healthcare leader for much of my career life. I began my own healing journey back in 2011, after suffering debilitating headaches, allowing stress and a type A personality to take over my mental, emotional and physical being.  My first energy healing experience was a Reiki session, which provided a powerful peacefulness and awareness. Additional sessions opened other areas of my life; both positive and negative.

    My path includes becoming a Reiki Master and completing a year-long Shamanic earth medicine program. The earth medicine wheel opened me up to my own inner healing of physical, mental/emotional and spiritual areas, ancestral and past lives, wounds/trauma, and many other experiences; ultimately learning healing techniques to share with others in shamanic healings, ceremony, Reiki healings, journey's and getting in touch with nature.

    I have taken master shaman classes and pilgrimages to Peru with my teachers; I have learned so much about myself, healing along the way and techniques to assist others in their own healing process.

    In addition, I enjoy nature experiences of the Great Universe in travel that involves hiking, kayaking, bicycling, and motorcycling; while grateful for the simple experiences right here in my own backyard.
